owner Sheryl Burnham has been an active member in the Las Vegas
community since moving there from Los Angeles in 1995. Over the years
she has participated in many charitable causes for various local
charities such as the ADA, the American Cancer Society, the Boys &
Girls Club, various toy drives and Back-to-School fundraisers, charity
poker tournaments and charity golf tournaments.
When she formed Diamond Events & Entertainment's LV
it was her dream to do something significant and give back to the
community. Sheryl made a promise to herself that she would host at
least two (2) charity events per year in order to raise funds and
awareness for local Las Vegas charities under the umbrella of DE2 CARES!

DE2 CARES! Is proud to announce our next charity event. It will be the Diamond Events & Entertainment LV's 1st Annual DE2
CARES! Celebrity Golf Challenge to benefit The Shade Tree Shelter. The
Shade Tree Shelter of Nevada provides safe shelter to homeless and
abused women & children in crisis and offer's life-changing services
promoting stability, dignity and self-reliance.
An event of this magnitude could only be held on one golf course in Las
Vegas! That course is the Bali Hai Golf Club! Located on the famous
Las Vegas strip this 7,002-yard Schmidt/Curley design offers a tropical
paradise with views of the Strip from greens and tees. Bali Hai proves
to be challenging but exciting. This event will be held on Monday, Sept 25, 2011. The format will be a four-man scramble. Registration will
begin at 7:00am with a shot-gun start at 8:00am.
This charity star-studded weekend will start with a kick-off Par Tee on Monday,Sept. 26, 2011 golf
tournament. Some of the Celebrities/Athletes who have already
confirmed participation in this tournament include the following:
