That's right, we use 100% British barley. We source locally too, so we

know exactly what we're using. You could even live near one of the

fields where the magic begins.

because we have been awarded The Red Tractor certificate, which

between us, isn't bad at all. All of which guarantees Carling is a great

taste. Every sip of the way.

Here at Carling, we believe that British barley makes better tasting

beer, which is why we only source locally and make a point of knowing

where all our barley comes from. That way we can check the quality of

all the barley that goes into making our beer. We couldn't do this if it

wasn't for the fantastic farmers that grow barley for us!
