LIQUID MALT EXTRACTS

Dr. Michael Lewis, world renowned brewery specialist and author of many books on the subject of malts and extracts, had a major role in the design of the system that produceds California Concentrate's extracts.  He, himself, proclaimed Alexander'sis to be "finest PALE MALT EXTRACT with the lightest color of any on the market today."

We use the most select malted barley, state of the art equipment, pure water, and absolutely no sugar additives.   The result is a premium liquid malt extract.  When compared to other brands on a per pound basis, we are always the better value.  It is very uncommon today to not only get the least expensive, but the best.  A wide variety of extracts, sold under the brand name of ALEXANDER'S SUN COUNTRY, are available through our distributors.  All malt extracts are produced at 80 Brix.
Custom blends hand crafted to fit any need available.

Liquid malt extracts are available in 16-oz cans, 4-lb cans, 5-gal pails, 185-lb drums, and 650-lb drums in the following varieties:
