Boeger Winery
Boeger Winery was founded in 1972 as the first commercial, post-Prohibition winery in El Dorado County. The winery sits on the historic Lombardo-Fossatti property, which was itself a winery during the late 1800's until Prohibition.
Approximately 90% of the grapes are grown by the Estate, the major grape varieties being Barbera, Zinfandel, Tempranillo and Sauvignon Blac.
Located in the El Dorado AVA, which is renowned for its diversity of microclimates, Boeger Winery grows over thirty different grape varieties on vineyards located from 1600 to 3000 feet elevation.
We are open seven days a week from 10-5. Please join us for tasting and a picnic.
