 American-style IPA of the highest caliber! Ballistic is fully loaded with American grown Amarillo

 hops. It has explosive citrus aroma and hop bitterness, and a malt backbone with hints of

 toffee and caramel. The American hops give it the bold bitterness you expect from an IPA

 without leaving your mouth feeling like you just sucked down a bag of nickles! Win-freakin

win, baby! Ballistic will be available on tap at Ale Asylum on 12/31/10 and at your favorite craft

 beer outlet at the beginning of 2011. MERCY GRAND CRU Our current seasonal is a perfect

companion to the holiday season! Mercy, a Belgian-style Grand Cru, has a robust floral aroma

 with a hint of spice. This full-bodied ale is ruby in color with flavor of dark fruits and a smooth

 finish. The rich flavors work equally well for a holiday cocktail gathering or side by side with your

 favorite holiday meal. Mercy is available for a limited time at your favorite craft beer outlet.

BREWERY TOURS We offer free brewery tours every Saturday at 6:00 & 6:45 PM. Space is limited,
