S1NIST0R Black Ale
We craft our S1NIST0R Black Ale using a special German dehusked black malt that is free of astringency, giving the beer a rich black color without the traditional dark beer characteristics. You will notice subtle hints of chocolate with an easy drinking balance on the back end. In the glass the dark color may look intimidating to some, but don't let this beer fool you. Our unique combination of malts creates a very light body and smooth finish.

Coffee Porter This beautifully crafted coffee porter was a brewery favorite before it even made it out of the tanks. A deep, dark brown body with ruby highlights off-set the tan colored head. Hiding through the dark body is a big, fresh, dark-roasted coffee aroma with subtle caramel & toffee notes, and a light fruitiness. The medium-bodied mouth feel finishes slightly creamy, leading the way to a flavor combination of coffee and the classic roasty dark chocolate and caramel-like sweetness of a porter. Another malt-focused style beer with little hop character and just enough bitterness to balance the sweetness. Finishes with a nice, mellow coffee and bittersweet chocolate aftertaste. .

Oatmeal Stout
Our most recent addition to the lineup, this dark, full-bodied roasty ale finishes with a slight oatmeal note on the back end. Oatmeal stout is sweeter than a dry stout, and the oats provide a slightly creamy mouth feel and complexity. It has a slight roasted-grain flavor and aroma, which helps with the dry finish. A subtle background fruity/earthy character from fermentation and hop notes round out the overall impression of this beer.
Malts: 2-row Pale, Flaked Oats, Crystal, Victory, Roast Barley, Chocolate Malt Hops: Horizon, Willamette ABV: 6.0% IBU's: 34
